7/8/9/10

Omg never blog for so long.. like idiot sia..

Most of the time following a 1.8k-2k diet..(Ok i know its freaking fail, but gonna retry the 1.6k tommorrow)

Friday was 3km run + 3km walk
Sat:rest
Sun:Gym for Traps and Chest.
Mon:2.5km walk

Resting my legs cuz of shin splint.. maybe gotta go bicycle as a alternate means of cardio.

Hmm.. guess gonna cross train at the moment.. Gym this week then.

Ok need to compensate so 4 fany for you :D
