Hi Hi,
Boring day at school as usual.
Wen't to macdonalds (OH NO!) and ate a non upsized fish burger.. (850 cals.. /wrist)

I really should control myself in the future..

Consumed 1.7k cals today....

Excercise was a 40+ minute walk (200 cals burnt i think)

D: i think i hit weight loss plateau D': Gotta try a different cardio altogether..

Rowing or Cycling.. Suggestions??

Omg never blog for so long.. like idiot sia..

Most of the time following a 1.8k-2k diet..(Ok i know its freaking fail, but gonna retry the 1.6k tommorrow)

Friday was 3km run + 3km walk
Sat:rest
Sun:Gym for Traps and Chest.
Mon:2.5km walk

Resting my legs cuz of shin splint.. maybe gotta go bicycle as a alternate means of cardio.

Hmm.. guess gonna cross train at the moment.. Gym this week then.

Ok need to compensate so 4 fany for you :D

MIZ IS STILL CHAMP.... (Oh no? Yeah he needs a longer run before losing it..)
In school kinda fun and stuff, fly kite like idiot.. (No wind lol) Do poison ball and shiz,
Tomorrow start of official time table alr... dunno to be happy or sad, At least there's a stop to the constant monotonous droning of Rachel Lim...

School reopens, I enter Sec3, New faces Same classroom.
We got rachel lim and Ms siti for teacher... not the best teachers IMO.. but what to do?
Still feeling the effects of holiday period... Cant sleep now.. haha blogging.
